"My parents have been State Farm clients since I was in elementary school. I became a State Farm client as soon as I started driving. Bob Noble and his team, Linda and Mary, were wonderful and caring. When Bob passed away and his staff retired, all our policies automatically got moved to Calvin. I love that the change was seamless, and I didn't have to find a new agent. I got an introductory email from Calvin, and I remember hoping that Calvin and his team will be as good as Bob, Linda and Mary. To my surprise, Calvin is all that and more. Calvin has always been there for me to update my policies or to simply answer my questions. I have emailed him in the middle of the night and on the weekend expecting him to get back to me the next business day. Often I would get a response shortly after the email was sent. When I was driving to Canada a couple of times, Calvin immediately emailed me an international driver's insurance car and I was all set to go. Calvin has gone through a couple of car accidents and new Calvin always surprises me with his Excellent service and insurance offerings. I feel that I am always covered and insured. Knowing that Calvin and his staff are always there for me, it gives me peace if mine no matter where I'm driving to. Thank you, Calvin. I highly recommend Calvin."

"I would not recommend this State Farm agent to anyone. I had a consistently horrible experience trying resolve issues concerning my auto insurance. Calvin McGowan did not respond to numerous emails or calls from me or the customer service department for over a week."
